  • Pickup is Tuesdays from 5-6pm.

    Delivery is Wednesday from 9-11am.

    Pickup is totally free- pull up to the front of the old “Salad Bowl” (in the back of Walgreens parking lot or Duck Donuts in Kitty Hawk) at 5230 N. Virginia Dare Trl. Your order will be bagged up and placed on the outside table.

    Delivery is $5 and will be dropped off outside your house. Please leave a cooler out if you won’t be home during this time. I currently deliver from Sandy Ridge in Duck to Bonnett St in Nags Head.

  • Right now I make everything in batch and while being a small team (aka just me!), I cant make any promises! Feel free to text or email with before ordering and we can see if it works for that week! Most weekly menus offer gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian & dairy-free options, but please take note that everything is made in the same kitchen space- so cross contamination is possible.

  • I use my best judgement on serving sizes to portion enough per customer. You can assume a restaurant-sized meal like you’re grabbing a meal out! I collect weekly photos of previous meals as I go- so feel free to check out what they look like on instagram for a better idea! @cleanslate.pantry

  • Pricing for each meal is based on the menu and product offered that week. You can expect the mains (breakfast & lunch) to range from $13-$16, sides starting at $10, and wellness shots starting at $3.

  • Nope! Jump in when it works for you! You can skip an ordering week anytime and still hang onto your space in the pantry. Just make sure you place your order by the Saturday night for the following week when you want back in!

  • Know someone who might want in? Im all about spreading the foodie love! Feel free to send them my website or have them way through text, email, or instagram and I will add them to the group as spaces become available.

I’m Katie Slater, a Certified Nutrition Health Coach 

and the passion behind Clean Slate Health.

MEET KATIE:

Hi! I’m Katie, a Washington D.C raised, turned small beach town local living on the Outer Banks in North Carolina. While playing Division 1 lacrosse at the University of Virginia, I gained a deep understanding of total body wellness—learning how to fuel, move, and discipline myself to be a high-performing athlete. But it wasn’t until years later that I realized I was getting so much of it wrong: the intensity, the unhealthy weight-loss cycles, the endless cardio. I lacked consistency and was stuck in extremes. After years of being overly critical of my body from the outside, I’ve finally found peace by shifting my focus to overall health and integrative wellness.

Combing my career as a film fashion photographer & an integrative health coach has been a transformative journey. After years of following my creative passions, I saw how often the emphasis on appearance overshadowed true well-being. I began exploring the deeper connection between nourishment and how we feel, realizing I wanted to help others not just look good but genuinely feel good, too. Now, as a health coach, I draw on my background to make wellness creative, unique, and meaningful.

My goal is to empower my clients to become their best selves through a holistic approach. You no longer have to feel overwhelmed by the endless health trends—we’ll find what works for your lifestyle. I’m here to help you quiet the noise, focus on the nourishment you need to thrive, and find solutions that feel approachable. Together, we’ll set goals, create a clear path forward, and embrace a long, healthy, and happy life.

I understand the value of support when navigating the complex world of health and wellness. Having worked with influential coaches myself, I’ve learned firsthand how impactful the right guidance can be. Through their help, I discovered my passion for a balanced approach—combining mindful eating, consistent movement, and habit-building strategies and want to turn my decade long experiences into your strategies.
