Gluten Free. Dairy free with no sauce. Contains sesame.

Reheating suggestions:

EASY: microwave for about 2-3 minutes. Check and stir every minute or so. Drizzle sauce after.

BEST: Stovetop: toss everything (but the sauce) in a pan on medium heat. Mix until all cooked through. Drizzle sauce after.

  • Best: Scoop off the pineapple pico and save as a topping after heating. Place the rice, beans, chicken sausage, and plantains in a skillet over medium heat until sizzlin. Add the pico and sauce once plated.
