Rasta Pasta (Chicken)
Slow-roasted vegetables layered in pasta with a mix of chicken sausage and ground chicken. Tossed in an herby ricotta-red sauce and finished with a touch of parmesan.
Reheating suggestions:
EASY: microwave! Toss it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Stir halfway.
